本文应用放射元疫方法测定了雌性大鼠侧脑室注射 P 物质及其拮抗剂后,在不同性周期中血清内的孕酮含量。以探讨 P 物质对大鼠卵巢孕酮生成的中枢性作用。以人工脑脊液做对照。在间情期,侧脑室注射 P 物质拮抗剂2μg/1μl,使血清孕酮水平明显增加;而在情前期和情期,侧脑室注射 P 物质1μg/1μl,引起血清孕酮明显降低。这些结果提示,P 物质可能在中枢水平对雌性大鼠孕酮生成具有调节作用。
