在“六一”国际儿童节我校教师检查了自己对待儿童的态度。在我们校里二十位教师中,绝大部份是热爱儿童的。如两班新制一年级的班主任韩静华和吴慧娟两位老师,为了使班里没有掉队儿童,在批阅课卷和上课时,就特别注意儿童的接受能力,一发现有掉队儿童,立即在课后耐心的进行个别指导;她们以很温和挚爱的大姐姐的态度与儿童们生活在一起,深入了解儿童们在生活上的一切,下雨天,路远的儿童没有雨具,家长有时因工作忙不能及时送饭来,她们便拿出钱来为她们买点心,发觉有生病的孩子,就跑到儿童家里去看他们;有时在校里发现有身体稍不舒服的儿童,就照顾他们休息,拿开水给他们喝;看到个别儿童不注意个人的清洁卫生,就注意叫儿童洗手、帮着剪指甲、整理头发……。就这样,使原来掉队的王天飞、王林龙、杨道明等儿童,能经常保持较好的成绩,使平时最不爱清洁的尹益新、杭国良等儿童,能每天带手帕,时常剪指甲。由于班主任能热爱儿童,加之在教学上的全面负责,因而这两班的课堂秩序和教学成绩,在本校来说是比较好的。在我们校里的另一个情况,就是有个别教师单纯以消极的“管”的态
