根据下述两个方面我们来理解石油企业采油设备管理的重要意义:采油设备管理既是环境保护和安全生产的重要保障也是石油企业生产管理的基础。提高石油企业的生产效益进而获取国际竞争力,采油设备管理是其重要手段之一。石油企业采油设备管理的加强措施可以采取如下几点:对于采油设备的前期管理加大重视;对于石油企业的现场设备加强监督;技术人员的培训以及激励和约束机制加强完善。
According to the following two aspects, we understand the importance of petroleum equipment management in oil enterprises: oil equipment management is not only an important guarantee for environmental protection and safety production, but also the basis of oil production management. Improve the production efficiency of petroleum enterprises and thus obtain international competitiveness, oil production equipment management is one of its important means. The measures taken to strengthen the management of oil production equipment in oil enterprises may include the following points: greater attention should be paid to the early management of oil recovery equipment; the supervision over on-site equipment of petroleum enterprises; the training of technicians and the mechanism of encouragement and restriction to be strengthened.
