列宁格勒涡轮叶片厂用TC-5单相钛合金,为120万千瓦涡轮机生产了最后一级的长约1400毫米的叶片毛坯。这种模锻的叶片毛坯结构复杂,扭角很大,叶根和叶身部分在模具分模面处的最大宽度分别为288毫米和190毫米。叶片头部有一环形凸台,凸台与叶根成垂直的平面内叶身部分截面变化剧烈。叶片毛坯总长为1375毫米,重43公斤。图1和图2为毛坯辊锻和镦锻过程的工艺
The Leningrad Turbine Blades Factory used the TC-5 single-phase titanium alloy to produce the final grade of approximately 1,400 mm blade blanks for a 1.2 MW turbine. The forged blade blanks have a complex structure with a large torsion angle. The maximum width of the blade root and the blade body at the die parting plane is respectively 288 mm and 190 mm. The head of the blade has an annular boss, and the section of the blade body in the plane perpendicular to the blade boss and the blade root changes drastically.
