本文针对相干阵列探测系统中的光束整形问题，讨论了影响计算全息位相光栅衍射效率的一些因素。为计算全息图的设计及光栅的制作提供了重要的依据，使其实际应用成为可能。
In this paper, the beam shaping problems in coherent array detection system are discussed. Some factors affecting the diffraction efficiency of holographic phase grating are discussed. It provides an important basis for the calculation of hologram design and grating production, making its practical application possible.
