目的:建立HPLC法同时测定珍菊降压片中绿原酸、氢氯噻嗪和蒙花苷的含量。方法:采用Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1),检测波长为326 nm,柱温为30℃。结果:绿原酸、氢氯噻嗪和蒙花苷线性范围分别为0.026~1.320μg(R~2=0.999 8),0.255~12.750μg(R~2=0.999 9)和0.104~5.180μg(R~2=0.999 8);平均回收率分别为98.29%(RSD=1.0%,n=6),98.41%(RSD=2.1%,n=6)和96.99%(RSD=1.6%,n=6)。结论:本法快速方便、精密度高、重复性和稳定性好,可用于珍菊降压片中绿原酸、氢氟噻嗪和蒙花苷三种成分的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, hydrochlorothiazide and malaitin in Zhenju Jiangya Tablet. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 using an Agilent Zorbax SB-C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) 326 nm, the column temperature is 30 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of chlorogenic acid, hydrochlorothiazide and monoglyceride were 0.026-1.320μg (R 2 = 0.999 8), 0.255-12.750μg (R 2 = 0.999 9) and 0.104-5.180μg (R 2 = 0.999 8). The average recoveries were 98.29% (RSD = 1.0%, n = 6), 98.41% (RSD = 2.1%, n = 6) and 96.99% (RSD = 1.6%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is rapid and convenient, high precision, good reproducibility and stability, and can be used for the determination of three components of chlorogenic acid, hydroflumethiazide and malaitin in Zhenju Antihypertensive tablets.
