以冬小麦作试验,用~(60)Co照射其F_0和F_1的干种子,调查了M_1的生物学效应和M_2的变异频率及有效类型,并统计了M_2、M_3、M_4的入选率。结果表明,杂交与辐射相结合复合处理的变异率比单纯杂交处理的提高了6~44%,有益类型增加了13~34%,入选率提高了6~70%。从而选育出了高产及高蛋白的品系。由此表明,杂交与辐射相结合是提高小麦育种效果的一种有效方法。
The winter wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) was used to test the biological effects of M_1 and the frequency of M_2 mutation, and the effective rate of M_2, M_3 and M_4 was calculated by irradiating the seeds of F_0 and F_1 with ~ (60) Co. The results showed that the mutation rate of combination treatment with radiation and hybridization increased by 6 ~ 44%, the beneficial type increased by 13 ~ 34% and the selection rate increased by 6 ~ 70%. Breeding of high-yield and high-protein strains. This shows that the combination of hybridization and radiation is an effective way to improve the efficiency of wheat breeding.
