１ 试验条件 试验地点在温岭市新街镇水产养殖场，选择一口４亩左右的养殖塘经整理分隔成两口各为１．５亩面积的试验塘（分别为１＃、２＃）。每池中央建一长形“蟹岛”，占池面积的１５％～２０％，其上种植芦苇、水草等，供蟹种栖息。池底挖环沟，沟深０．５ｍ，沟宽２ｍ。
