部分中职学校的美术专业因成立较早且定位模糊,与现今市场产业结构的变化已不相适应,显露出招生的弱势,专业教学的疲态,尤其是就业的滞缓。种种原因导致学校不可能在短期内更新旧专业,为了培养出专精特长的有用人才,美术专业应适时加入职业补习教育并尝试实施,以实现以就业为导向,通才教育到专才教育的转换。
