水价是影响农用水资源需求量的重要因素,价格机制是农用水资源需求管理的重要经济机制,但农用水资源需求价格弹性系数特别小,给价格机制对农用水资源需求量的调节作用造成了不利影响。控制和降低农用水资源需求量的有效价格机制是先大幅度提高农用水资源价格,然后再通过补贴、水权转换及多元价格体系等手段,保障价格机制正常发挥作用。
