There is a total of more than 3,000 mu of cold-paddy paddy fields in Tiandao Township of Ji’an County in Jilin Province (the masses are called flood-depressions), and the average yield of paddy rice is only about 400 kilograms, seriously hampering the improvement of rice production in the township. Cold paddy paddy fields are located in low-lying, long-term waterlogging, high water table, poor permeability, poor drainage. Especially in spring due to soil cold slurry, the effective nutrients, especially potassium, phosphorus and other nutrients is very scarce. In 1981 on the head of Township cold slurry paddy soil laboratory analysis showed that the available potassium
