本文用流体力学现代测速方法;“毕托管—传感器+模数转换板—微机”对全尺寸三牙轮钻头井底射流和漫流的特性及流动规律进行了室内实验和研究。文中首先分析了喷嘴组合方式对射流和漫流特性的影响,在此基础上提出强化射流和漫流的新型喷嘴结构构思,接看讨论了喷嘴出口水力参数对射流和漫流的影响。研究射流速度、能量及漫流速度的沿程衰减规津表明,其衰减相当严重。最后经过实验结果对比,就射流自身所具有的特性提出了新的看法。
In this paper, we use the modern method of fluid velocity measurement; “Bisto-sensor-A / D conversion board-microcomputer” to conduct laboratory experiments and research on the characteristics and flow patterns of full-scale tri-cone bit jet and runoff. In this paper, the effect of nozzle combination on jet and flow characteristics is analyzed. Based on this, a new type of jet nozzle structure with enhanced jet and flow is proposed. The influence of nozzle outlet hydraulic parameters on jet and diffusive flow is discussed. The study of jet velocity, energy and velocity along the path of attenuation shows that its attenuation is quite serious. Finally, after comparing the experimental results, we put forward a new view on the characteristics of jet itself.
