目的:明确不同居群老鸦瓣核型差异,为老鸦瓣遗传资源保护和人工选育提供依据。方法:采用常规压片法对9个居群老鸦瓣进行核型分析。结果:初步判断9个居群老鸦瓣均为二倍体,其中7个居群染色体基数x=12,染色体数目为2n=2x=24;另有2个居群染色体基数x=24,染色体数目为2n=2x=48。老鸦瓣染色体类型有m、sm、st。染色体比值范围在1.88~2.34之间;不对称系数介于62.99%~71.97%之间;核型有3种类型,包括2A、3A和3B,其中以3B型最多,占67%,且2A型为首次发现。结论:不同居群老鸦瓣在核型上存在较大变异。
OBJECTIVE: To clarify the differences in karyotypes of poplar petals in different populations, and to provide the basis for the conservation and artificial breeding of the petals of poplars. Methods: The karyotypes of nine populations of Populus euphratica were studied by conventional tabletting method. Results: The results showed that all the 9 populations were diploid. The chromosome number of 7 populations was x = 12, the number of chromosomes was 2n = 2x = 24, while the other two populations had chromosome number x = 24, the number of chromosomes 2n = 2x = 48. Populus petal chromosome types are m, sm, st. The ratio of chromosomes ranged from 1.88 to 2.34. The asymmetry coefficients ranged from 62.99% to 71.97%. There were three types of karyotypes, including 2A, 3A and 3B. Among them, type 3B was the largest (67%) and type 2A For the first time found. Conclusion: There are large variations in karyotypes of Populus della Loa in different populations.
