目的:探讨微载体结合长效胰岛素在Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型中的应用。方法:以Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型为研究对象,变性胶原微载体结合长效胰岛素(最终达到10u/ml),腹腔注射结合后微载体,测查大鼠血糖水平的变化情况。结果:微载体与长效胰岛素结合延长长效胰岛素作用时间4h,并且注射剂量为5u/只时,试验组与对照组比较表现为差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论:微载体与长效胰岛素结合对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型能够起到延缓长效胰岛素释放的功效。
Objective: To investigate the application of microcarrier combined with long-acting insulin in type 2 diabetic rat model. Methods: The rat model of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus was used as research object. The changes of blood glucose level in rats were observed with the modified collagen microcarriers combined with long-acting insulin (finally reaching 10u / ml). Results: The microcapsule combined with long-acting insulin extended the action of long-acting insulin for 4 hours, and the injection dose was 5u / only, the difference between the experimental group and the control group showed significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion: The combination of microcarrier and long-acting insulin can delay the release of long-acting insulin in type 2 diabetic rats.
