在市场经济不断发展的过程中,专利权愈来愈受到企业重视,并成为了企业立足于市场的核心竞争力。若企业想在这场专利战中占据主动权,必须要加强技术创新,利用自主知识产权来创造商机、赢得市场。在企业研究开发、专利管理过程中,由于专利权属不明、专利法律意识不强等问题导致了企业专利法律风险,为企业后续发展带来了一定阻碍。基于此,本文对企业专利法律风险进行了综合性分析,并提出了相应的防范措施,以供参考。
In the continuous development of market economy, patent rights are increasingly valued by enterprises and have become the core competitiveness of enterprises based on the market. If enterprises want to take the initiative in this patent battle, we must strengthen technological innovation, use of independent intellectual property rights to create business opportunities and win the market. In the research and development of enterprises and the process of patent management, due to the unclear patent right and the weak legal consciousness of patent, the legal risks of the patent of the enterprise have been brought, which has brought some obstacles to the subsequent development of the enterprise. Based on this, this article has carried on the comprehensive analysis to the legal risk of the enterprise patent, and has put forward the corresponding precautionary measures, for the reference.
