牡丹江市总工会以市困难职工帮扶中心培训机构为阵地,围绕促进就业再就业,积极开展家政服务培训工作。截至目前,共开设家政培训班20期,经考试合格推荐到有关家政服务公司就业2766人,帮助2000余户困难职工家庭摆脱了贫困。一、加大基地硬件投入,倾力打造专业一流的培训场所经过加大投入扩能改造,目前困难职工帮扶中心场地面积已达1000多平方米,培训教室7个,可同时开办几种不同的职业技能培训班,容纳600多人进行培训。为满足大规模培训的需要,我们借鉴上大课和互动式授课的模式,腾出了市总工会大会议室,专门用于对家政服务员培训,配备了投影仪、音箱等教学
