为了解早熟素(precocene)对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂(Sclerodermus pupariae Yang et Yao)的翅型分化和性比的影响,采用室内生物测定的方法,研究了不同浓度早熟素处理对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂后代翅型和性比的影响。结果表明:在浓度为5、50μg·μl~(-1)的早熟素处理下,白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂3日龄、5日龄、7日龄幼虫后代翅型和性比均与对照存在显著差异,50μg·μl~(-1)浓度处理,3日龄幼虫的有翅率最低,5μg·μl~(-1)浓度处理,3、7日龄幼虫的有翅率也低于对照组。5μg·μl~(-1)浓度处理,5日龄幼虫有翅率与对照组无明显差异。不同浓度早熟素处理对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂3日龄、5日龄、7日龄幼虫后代翅型分化的影响较小。高浓度的早熟素对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂5、7日龄幼虫后代雌虫数量的影响显著。早熟素处理对白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂后代翅型分化和性比均具有显著影响,因此可通过早熟素来调控规模化繁育过程中白蜡吉丁肿腿蜂的翅型和性比。

The effect of high concentrations of precocious hormone on the number of female offspring of 5th and 7th instar larvae of Acipenser baerii. The precocious hormone treatment has significant effect on the wing differentiation and sex ratio of the offspring of Braconid, and therefore, the wing shape and sex ratio of Brachypteri sanguinatus can be regulated by precocious hormone.
