学期教育是儿童启蒙阶段的关键教育,在幼儿园的学习过程中儿童不仅可以更好的促进儿童的个性发展,而且可以帮助他们建立和谐的人际关系,通过各种综合性的游戏和训练还能够提升幼儿的灵活型,促进儿童的智力开发和体能和谐发展,为儿童接受小学教育打下良好基础,但是不可否认当前由于幼儿教育与小学教学缺少必备的衔接工作,因此孩子走出幼儿园进入小学学习之后需要一段时间的适应期,本文从当前幼小衔接存在的问题出发,探究促进幼小衔接的有效策略。
