在会议的第一天,陈副部长传达了全国文化行政会议的精神和决议,并根据中南具体情况提出了执行中央文化工作方针、开展全区今后文化工作的意见。几天来,到会代表进行了热烈地讨论,并联系各地工作进行了检查,也互相交流了工作经验。大家对中央人民政府文化工作的方针、政策及今后工作任务,都有了一致的明确的认识,我们希望、也相信这次会议是我们开展全区新文化工作的一个新的起点,中南区文化工作一定会逐步地蓬勃地开展起来。
On the first day of the meeting, Vice Minister Chen conveyed the spirit and resolution of the National Cultural Council and proposed the implementation of the guidelines of the Central Culture and the promotion of future cultural work in the region on the basis of the specific circumstances of South Africa. In the past few days, the delegates met with enthusiastic discussions and conducted inspections in connection with the work in different places. They also exchanged their work experiences with each other. All of us have a clear and unanimous understanding of the guidelines, policies and work tasks of the Central Government for future work. We hope and believe that this meeting is a new starting point for our work in carrying out the new culture in the whole region. The Central South Culture The work will surely flourish progressively.
