随着市场经济的快速与发展,煤矿企业面临的市场竞争形势日益严峻,必须要不断提高自身的管理效益,才能增强煤矿企业的综合竞争力。工会工作是煤矿企业管理体系的重要组成部分,在新的社会发展形势下,煤矿企业的工会宣传工作也需要不断的创新,为煤矿企业的持续发展提供功动力。本文就主要针对煤矿企业工会宣传工作创新的相关问题进行简单的探讨。
With the rapid and development of market economy, the market competition faced by coal mining enterprises is becoming more and more serious. It is necessary to constantly improve their own management efficiency in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of coal mining enterprises. The work of trade unions is an important part of the management system of coal mines. Under the new social development situation, the promotion of trade unions in coal mines also needs continuous innovation so as to provide impetus for the sustainable development of coal mines. This article mainly discusses the problems related to the innovation of trade union publicity in coal mining enterprises.
