本文重点考察我国在市场经济转型期的企业标准化发展。我国的国有企业有制定企业标准的传统,但是作者认为由于当今高技术的发展,先进企业制定企业标准的情况越来越少;我国现在已经到了企业标准化模式多样化的阶段。制定企业标准要尽量简化,避免造成重复劳动,浪费企业资源。作者不建议企业一定要制定企业标准体系,因为企业标准体系对于企业创新和竞争力没有任何贡献。综合标准化工作适用于大型的、集团作战类型的工程项目,特别是政府投资的大型项目。在企业中实施综合标准化的难度很大。“得标准者得天下”并不是普遍规律。企业要想把这个作为标准化战略需慎重考虑。
This article focuses on the development of China’s standardization of enterprises in the period of market economy. The state-owned enterprises in our country have a tradition of formulating enterprise standards. However, the author thinks that due to the development of high technology today, the development of advanced enterprises is getting fewer and fewer. Our country has now reached a stage of diversification of the standardization of enterprises. Make enterprise standards to be as simple as possible to avoid duplication of effort, waste of business resources. The author does not recommend that enterprises must formulate enterprise standards system, because the enterprise standard system for enterprise innovation and competitiveness did not make any contribution. Integrated standardization is applicable to large, group-type projects, especially large-scale government projects. In the enterprise to implement a comprehensive standardization is very difficult. “Those who have the standard of the world ” is not a universal law. Enterprises want to think this as a standardized strategy need to be carefully considered.
