5月5日至11日,中组部、人力资源和社会保障部、国家发改委、农业部、银监会、中国科学院、中国社科院、中国工程院等八部委联合组织28位院士、专家来豫开展了咨询服务活动。活动共分五个专题进行,其中第五组专题为高水平农业科研平台和人才队伍建设,共有4位院士和1名专家参加。他们就人才问题畅所欲言,发表了许多真知灼见。现将院士专家在座谈期间的部分发言,根据不同内容进行整理归纳,希望能给大家带来有益的启示。
