科研成果是科技工作者经过几年或更长时间辛勤劳动的结果,也是科技人员智慧与汗水的结晶。科技奖励是衡量科技成果水平和层次的一个重要标志,也是对科技工作者研究能力、创造素质的一种客观认可。因此,加强对成果奖励申报工作的组织和指导,具有十分重要的意义。本文根据成果奖励管理工作中的心得体会,系统总结了中国科学院上海生命科学研究院科研管理的经验做法,提出了加强对成果奖励工作的五点对策和措施,包括加强对成果奖励的认识、积极组织推进、指导填好申报书、做好材料审查工作、重视预答辩工作。
