目的了解某钢帘线制品厂噪声作业人员听力损失状况,为采取有效的职业病危害防护措施提供依据。方法测试某钢帘线制品厂噪声作业人员双耳气导听阈,结果按GB/T 7582标准对听阈作年龄和性别修正,按年龄、接害工龄分组分析听力损失状况。结果该厂79个噪声监测点中,除7个点合格外,其余均不同程度超过GBZ 2.2-2007的要求;调查对象1 040人中,23人双耳高频平均听阈≥40 dB(HL)为观察对象,占总调查人数的2.21%;疑似职业性听力损伤18人。在同一年龄组,随接害工龄增长职业性听力损伤检出率有增高的趋势。结论钢帘线制品行业中,生产性噪声对作业人员听力损害较大,应控制生产环境噪声强度,做好作业人员个体防护及职业健康检查。
Objective To understand the hearing loss of noise workers in a steel cord product factory and provide the basis for effective protective measures against occupational hazards. Methods The hearing aids of hearing aids were measured by the noise operator of a steel cord product factory. The results were adjusted according to GB / T 7582 to the age and gender of the hearing threshold, and the hearing loss status was analyzed by age and age group. Results Of the 79 noise monitoring points in the plant, except for 7 points, the rest exceeded the requirements of GBZ 2.2-2007 in varying degrees. Of the 1 040 surveyed subjects, 23 had binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold ≥40 dB (HL) As observers, accounting for 2.21% of the total number of respondents; 18 suspected occupational hearing loss. In the same age group, occupational hearing loss increased with the increase of occupational injury. Conclusion In the steel cord product industry, the production noise has a greater hearing impairment to workers. The noise intensity in the production environment should be controlled and individual workers’ occupational protection and occupational health inspection should be done.
