地方性甲状腺肿(简称地甲肿)病区划分一般以乡为单位。我们于1989年4~5月调查证实四川省开江县新街乡为缺碘性地甲肿病区。全乡7~14岁中小学生甲状腺肿大率为56.13%;健康,成人尿碘含量平均(G)为54.34μg/gcr,饮水碘含量平均为4.90%μg/1。以上结果与地甲肿病区划分标准比较不易作出合理的评判。因此,本文试用模糊数学中的模糊综合评判法来评判地甲肿病区疾病流行程度。
Endemic goiter (referred to as g) ward generally divided by the rural unit. We surveyed from April to May 1989 and confirmed that Xinjie Township, Kaijiang County, Sichuan Province, is a iodine-deficient gland disease area. The goiter rate of primary school pupils aged 7 ~ 14 was 56.13%. The average urinary iodine content of healthy and adults was 54.34μg / gcr, and the average iodine content of drinking water was 4.90% μg / 1. The above results are not easy to make reasonable judgments with the standard of dividing the gingival ward. Therefore, in this paper, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in fuzzy mathematics is used to evaluate the prevalence of the disease in the area of glandular deformity.
