业开发煤炭资源,具有一定的资源优势,但在传统粗放型经济发展模式下,煤炭行业资源浪费问题和环境污染问题十分严重,煤炭企业产品结构单一,盈利空间收缩,面临沉重的生存压力。原煤开采仅是煤炭资源产业链的开端,采煤过程中的伴生物、生产加工过程中的排放物等都是可供企业循环利用的资源,存在着一定的经济价值。基于此,对比分析了国内外煤炭企业实践,而后对煤炭企业循环发展上采取的诸多措施进行熔炼、整合,形成完整、系统的产业链延展模式。
However, under the traditional mode of extensive economic development, the problem of waste of resources and environmental pollution in the coal industry is very serious. With a single product structure and shrinking profit space, the coal industry faces heavy pressure to survive. Coal mining is only the beginning of the industrial chain of coal resources, mining process associated with biological, production and processing of emissions and other resources are available for recycling enterprises, there is a certain economic value. Based on this, a comparative analysis of the practice of coal enterprises at home and abroad, and then on the recycling of coal companies take a number of measures to smelting, integration, the formation of a complete and systematic extension of the industrial chain model.
