本文批判性地分析了“钢脱碳过程理论”一书的内容,指出了С.И.Филиппов所采 用的实验方法的缺点、推导脱碳过程动力学公式时的原则错误及整理实验数据时的不客 观态度。作者还指出С.И.Филиппов对边界扩散层等基本概念之错误的引伸。 С.И.Филиппов于1956年以“钢脱碳过程的理论”一书的形式发表了关于钢液中碳—氧反应实验研究及理论探讨的结果。Филиппов实验研究了铁—碳熔体表面张力、钢中碳—氧反应平衡及反应动力学问题、推导了碳—氧反应动力学公式,并用实验结果和推导的公式解释炼钢过程的某些现象。Филиппов的一些研究结果已被一些著作[1]所引用。 本文就Филиппов在碳—氧反应平衡及动力学研究中的几个问题进行研讨。
This paper critically analyzes the contents of the book Steel Decarbonization Theory, points out the shortcomings of the experimental methods adopted by С.И. Филиппов, the principle errors when deriving the kinetic equations of the decarburization process and the experimental data Not an objective attitude. The author also points out the С.И. Филиппов extension of the basic concepts such as the boundary proliferation layer. In 1956, С.И. Филиппов published the results of an experimental and theoretical study on the carbon-oxygen reaction in molten steel in the form of “Theories of Steel Decarbonization Processes”. Филиппов The surface tension of iron-carbon melt, equilibrium of carbon-oxygen reaction in steel and reaction kinetics were studied experimentally. The kinetic equation of carbon-oxygen reaction was deduced. The experimental results and the deduced formulas were used to explain some phenomena of steelmaking process . Some of Филиппов’s findings have been quoted in several books [1]. In this paper, some problems of Филиппов in carbon-oxygen equilibrium and kinetics are discussed.
