不同类型杂交稻的耐冷性试验结果表明,杂交稻组合间的耐冷性差异很大,按组合的质源划分耐冷性强弱顺序为:农垦58、野败型、印尼水田谷和红莲型;按不育系划分耐冷性强弱顺序为:培矮64S、安湘S、汕A、博A、优ⅠA、竹A、粤A、广A。恢复系对杂交稻的耐冷性也起重要作用,影响杂交稻结实率的低温敏感期是减数分裂期、花粉粒形成前期及抽穗开花期。低温对杂交稻的泠害有明显的累加效应。
The results of cold tolerance test of different types of hybrid rice showed that the cold tolerance of hybrid rice combinations differed greatly. The cold tolerance order of hybrid rice was Nongken 58, wild type, paddy valley and Honglian of Indonesia. According to the sterile line, the order of cold tolerance was Pei’ai 64S, Anxiang S, Shantao A, Bo A, You Ⅰ A, Zhu A, Yue A, Guang A. The restorer line also plays an important role in the cold tolerance of hybrid rice. The low temperature sensitive period that affects the seed setting rate of hybrid rice is meiosis, pre-pollen grain formation and heading and flowering. Low temperature had a significant additive effect on the damage of hybrid rice.
