我市某塑料厂一台DZL-1.27型蒸汽锅炉运行中发现蒸汽从汽包顶部一裂纹处漏出。检查情况如下: (1)汽包前顶部左侧起第二片拉撑板与筒体角焊缝靠简体侧熔合线上有一长255mm穿透性裂纹,蒸汽由此逸出。(见图1)
