采用三因素二次通用旋转组合设计方法,建立了氮、磷、钾施肥与喜树叶产量之间的效应模型,经检验二次回归模型拟合较好。通过对肥料主效应的分析,结果表明:氮、磷、钾三因素对喜树叶产量的增产作用依次为氮肥>磷肥>钾肥;对两因素交互效应的分析得出:氮钾、氮磷、磷钾之间存在一定程度的正交互效应。模型经计算机模拟寻优,对于肥力较差地区水稻土上的喜树叶用园,氮、磷、钾因素的最佳施肥组合方案为N351. 6~454. 6kg·hm-2、P2O5 242. 5~332. 5kg·hm-2、K2O161. 4~376. 2kg·hm-2。
