采用临床流行病学的随机分组、安慰剂对照及双盲研究设计,研究茶叶提取物对高血脂人群血清脂质水平的影响。结果服安慰剂前后各项血脂指标无统计学显著差异(P>0.01),服茶叶提取物1个月后其血清思胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)及血浆纤维蛋白原均较服前明显下降(P<0.01),与安慰剂对照组比较,TC和TG的下降具有统计学显著意义。高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、载脂蛋白A(ApoA)的升高和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的降低不明显。提示茶叶提取物具有防治高脂血症的作用。
Clinical epidemiological randomized, placebo-controlled and double-blind study design was used to investigate the effect of tea extract on serum lipid levels in hyperlipidemic subjects. Results Before and after taking placebo, there was no significant difference in all the indexes of blood lipid (P> 0.01). After taking tea extract for 1 month, the contents of serum cholesterol, triglyceride, apolipoprotein B ApoB) and plasma fibrinogen were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). Compared with the placebo control group, the decrease of TC and TG was statistically significant. High-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), elevated apolipoprotein A (ApoA) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were not significantly reduced.
