目的探讨会阴侧切皮内缝合的优越性。方法选择2009-01-2009-06在牡丹江医学院第二附属医院侧切分娩行皮内缝合术的产妇52例与同期随机抽取的行传统缝合术52例进行对比,观察切口疼痛程度、愈合率、瘢痕大小及产妇的心理反应。结果 52例行皮内缝合术的产妇切口疼痛程度轻、愈合率高。结论会阴侧切皮内缝合术术后不需拆线,可消除产妇产后畏惧心理,促进早日下床活动及其生理功能的恢复。同时切口愈合快、瘢痕小,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the superiority of perineal lateral incision suture. Methods Select 2009-01-2009-06 in Mudanjiang Medical College Second Affiliated Hospital of childbirth cesarean section maternal 52 cases compared with 52 cases of traditional random suture at the same period were compared to observe the incision pain, healing rate, Scar size and maternal psychological response.
