对１１０７ＪＣ泵轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明，大尺寸的非金属夹杂和背帽外缘的点焊是引起泵轴过早断裂的主要原因。在分析的基础上提出了预防断裂的措施。
The reason of 1107JC pump shaft fracture was analyzed. The results show that the large size of non-metallic inclusions and the outer edge of the cap spot welding is caused by the main reason for the premature rupture of the pump shaft. On the basis of the analysis, measures to prevent fracture are put forward.
