杭州入围“小微企业创业创新基地城市示范”后,中央财政给予3年总额9亿元的奖励资金。目前,单张活动券兑付额度是50元,单次创业创新活动资助的活动券数量不超过200张;单个服务机构每年最高资助额度不超过10万元。杭州日均创业活动从2015年的4.5场,提升到了现在的日均12.3场,增长了173%。活动券实施18个月以来,已认定服务机构286家,累计发放活动券106784张,日最高发放1300张,日最高签到611张,审核资助各类创业辅导活动

The daily average daily business activity in Hangzhou has risen from 4.5 in 2015 to 12.3 in average today, an increase of 173%. Since the implementation of the activity coupon for 18 months, 286 service agencies have been identified, 106784 coupons have been issued, 1,300 daily coupons have been issued, and 611 daily coupons have been checked in. Various kinds of sponsorship activities have been approved
