RJJ—75型井式气体渗碳电炉,是两区供电。上区功率是24瓩,下区功率是51瓩,空载损失是20瓩,所以电炉在恒温期间,不论上区或下区一旦失控,继续供电,都能造成超温。试验证明:在任一温度下恒温时,上区供电、下区断电,经过10分钟,上区温度可增高60℃以上,下区温度只降低1℃。在下区供电、上区断电时,经过10分钟,下区温度可增高75℃以上,上区温度增高3—5℃,以上试验证明:不仅能超温,并且炉温不均匀,这样工件容易造成废品,炉子使用寿命也受到极大影响,严重时需要重新更换电阻丝。
