一、前言金刚石滚轮是一种新型的砂轮修整工具,用其修整砂轮具有修整效率高(一般几秒钟内就可完成)、能完成其它方法无法完成的高精度复杂形面修整、重复修整精度高、大批大量生产零件质量稳定等优点,因此得到了越来越广泛的应用。国外研究和应用金刚石滚轮修整砂轮较早。西德对金刚石滚轮修整参数对砂轮表面粗糙度的影响做了较详细的研究,并没有研究修整参数对砂轮锋利性的影响。美国研究了修整参数对砂轮磨削性能的影响,都仅限于磨削力和表面粗糙度,而对砂轮耐用度、砂轮磨损、磨削比和磨削比能耗的影响几乎未进行过研究。
