新质源光温敏核不育系B0 6S系我室从CP2 3 1×奉新红米杂交F3 群体中发现 1株不育突变体选育而来。该不育系属早籼类型 ,3月下旬、4月下旬、5月下旬和 6月中旬播种 ,其播始天数分别为 78~ 80d、68~70d、65~ 67d和 5 5~ 5 7d。株叶形态好 ,主茎叶片数 1 2片 ,每穗颖花数 96;米质优 ;开花习性好 ,柱头外露率高达 82 .5 %。育性转换明显 ,且育性转换以温度诱导为主 ,光长也有一定的影响 ,属温光型 ,即高温长光不育 ,低温短光可育 ;育性转换临界温度为 2 3 .5℃左右 ,在南昌不育期长达 80d ;可育期结实率高。该不育系的育性受一对隐性基因控制 ,并具一定的广亲和性 ;配合力强 ,可配制出长江中下游早稻中熟优质杂交稻新组合。
A new genomic DNA thermo-sensitive genic male sterile line, B0 6S, was selected from a F3 mutant of CP2 3 1 × Fengxinhongmi hybrid F3 population. The male sterile line is of the early indica type, sowing in late March, late April, late May and mid June, the days of its initiation are 78-80 days, 68-70 days, 65-67 days and 55-57 days, respectively. The shape of the leaves is good, the number of main stem leaves is 12, the number of spikelets per ear is 96; the quality of rice is good; the flowering habit is good; the stigma exsertion rate is as high as 82.5%. Fertility conversion is obvious, and the fertility conversion is dominated by temperature, and the light length also has a certain influence, which is of the light type, that is, the high temperature and long light are sterile, and the low temperature and short light are fertile; the critical temperature of fertility conversion is 23.5 ℃, sterile period in Nanchang up to 80d; fertile period of high seed setting rate. The fertility of this CMS was controlled by a pair of recessive genes with a certain degree of broad compatibility. With strong combining ability, a new combination of middle-late and middle-lower reaches of the Yangtze River was developed.
