一般在高炉铁水沟或铁水罐内,“分别”对铁水进行预脱[Si]、[P]和[S]处理,获得良好的效果,但是由于“分别”处理使工艺环节增加,铁水温降大,因而处理成本增加。新日铁公司君津厂发明了铁水同时脱[P]脱[S]的新方法,即:在铁水预处理容器的中心设置“挡坝”,在两侧插入两根喷枪分别喷入脱[P]剂和脱[S]剂进行预处理,脱[P]剂和脱[S]剂从喷枪口喷出的方向不能“相对”,并且二个喷出口相距不小于1m,反应生成的脱[P]渣和脱[S]渣分别上浮到“挡坝”两侧,防止两种性质不同的炉渣相混,以免降低处理效果。君津厂用本发明方法进行了试验。在320(?)鱼雷型铁水罐中喷吹脱[P]
