目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GST-π)和拓扑异构酶(Topo-II)的表达与病理特征的关系及其相关性。方法:用S-P免疫组化法检测59例术前未经放、化疗的结直肠癌组织P-gp、GST-π、Topo-II的表达。结果:P-gp、Topo-II的过表达与所研究的病理特征无关(P>0.05),GST-π的过表达与淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与其它病理特征无关(P>0.05)。P-gp的耐药率与GST-π的耐药率正相关(P<0.01),而与Topo-II耐药率负相关(P<0.05)。结论:应用免疫组化法联合检测P-gp、GST-π、Topo-II对结直肠癌患者选择化疗方案有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of P-gp, GST-π and topoisomerase Topo-II and the pathological features in colorectal cancer. Its relevance. Methods: The expressions of P-gp, GST-π and Topo-II in 59 cases of colorectal cancer without preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy were detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. Results: The overexpression of P-gp and Topo-II had no relation with the pathological features studied (P> 0.05). The overexpression of GST-π was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), but not with other pathological features (P> 0.05). The drug resistance rate of P-gp was positively correlated with the drug resistance rate of GST-π (P <0.01), but negatively with the drug resistance rate of Topo-II (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of immunohistochemistry detection of P-gp, GST-π, Topo-II in patients with colorectal cancer chemotherapy is important.
