目的分析评价某水泥用露天石灰岩矿山的职业病危害现状,为职业病防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法对该矿山进行职业病危害现状评价。结果该项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有石灰石粉尘、噪声、高温、局部振动、电焊烟尘、氮氧化合物及一氧化碳,其中最主要是石灰石粉尘、噪声。检测结果显示,噪声等效声级合格率为100.0%,粉尘超限倍数合格率为100.0%,所有检测点职业病危害因素均符合国家卫生标准。结论应加强对噪声、粉尘危害的管理,减少或消除职业病危害的发生。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the status of occupational hazards of opencast limestone mines in cement industry and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods Occupational health survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and checklist analysis were used to evaluate the status of occupational diseases in the mine. Results The risk factors of occupational diseases in the project are limestone dust, noise, high temperature, local vibration, welding dust, nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide, the most important of which is limestone dust and noise. The test results show that the pass rate of noise equivalent sound level is 100.0% and the passing rate of dust overrun times is 100.0%. The occupational hazards of all test points are in line with the national health standards. Conclusion The management of noise and dust hazards should be strengthened so as to reduce or eliminate the occurrence of occupational diseases and hazards.
