目的:研究硫芥中毒对大鼠的止、凝血功能的影响机制。方法:建立大鼠硫芥中毒模型,注射 1/4LD50硫芥 7 d后测定血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板计数(PLC)、有核细胞计数(NC)、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维结合蛋白(FN)、纤溶酶(Plm)等指标。结果:硫芥组及各治疗组大鼠 Hb、PLC、NC明显低于对照组。硫芥中毒组大鼠血清 FN低于对照组,EPO加用四药治疗组FN明显高于硫芥中毒组和其他治疗组。硫芥中毒组APTT、PT均比其他各组延长。结论:硫芥中毒可导致大鼠PLC、Hb,FN减少及内、外源凝血功能降低;促红细胞生成素(EPO)对FN合成有促进作用。
Objective: To study the mechanism of the effects of sulfur mustard poisoning on the clotting and coagulation function in rats. Methods: The rat model of sulfur mustard poisoning was established. The hemoglobin (Hb), platelet count (NC), prothrombin time (PT), activated partial thrombosis Live enzyme time (APTT), fibronectin (FN), plasmin (Plm) and other indicators. Results: Hb, PLC and NC in sulfur mustard group and each treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group. The serum FN in the sulfur mustard poisoning group was lower than that in the control group, and the FN in the EPO plus four-drug treatment group was significantly higher than those in the sulfur mustard poisoning group and other treatment groups. Sulfur mustard poisoning group APTT, PT were longer than the other groups. CONCLUSION: Sulfur mustard poisoning can result in the decrease of PLC, Hb, FN and the decrease of coagulation function in both exogenous and in vivo. Erythropoietin (EPO) can promote the synthesis of FN.
