2013年5月,《食品安全法》修订工作列入了国务院一类立法计划;2013年9月,修订稿由国家食药监总局提交国务院;2014年6月和12月,全国人大常委会进行了两次审议,并在全国人大官网公布,向全社会公开征求意见。2015年2月9日,在北京香山饭店,中国技术监督情报协会、中国法学会食品安全研究中心、北京大学法治与发展研究院、消费者权益保护法协会联合举办《食品安全法》研讨会,邀请各界专家对提交全国人大常委会的《食品安全法》第二次审议稿展开讨论,为修法建言献策。
In May 2013, the revision of the Food Safety Law was included in the State Council’s first-type legislative plan; in September 2013, the revised draft was submitted to the State Council by the State Food and Drug Administration; in June and December 2014, the NPC Standing Committee Reviewed twice and announced on the official website of the NPC to solicit opinions from the whole society. On February 9, 2015, the “Food Safety Law” seminar was jointly held in Beijing Xiangshan Hotel, China Association of Technical Supervision Information, China Law Society Food Safety Research Center, Institute of Rule of Law and Development Peking University, and Consumer Protection Law Association. Experts from all walks of life are invited to hold discussions on the second draft of the “Food Safety Law” submitted to the Standing Committee of the National People’s Congress and offer advice and suggestions for the revision of the law.
