日前,太平国际管理咨询公司发布的2000年环球薪金调查报告显示。高级行政人员与制造业工人薪酬差别日益悬殊;同时,有越来越多的企业正在运用股权作为人才竞争的重要砝码。薪酬差距越拉越大调查中,一共列举了企业内的四类职位;行政总裁(CEO),代表最高阶层的行政人员;人力资源部经理,代表企业的中层管理人员;有5年经验、具有专业资格的会计师,代表企业内的专业人士:制造部雇员,代表蓝领生产工人。实际上,它也基本上反映了城市不同企业的收入水平。
