1993年6至7月,江西北部鄱阳湖水系普降大到暴雨,修河流域拓林水库最大入库流量9110m~3/s(约15年一遇洪水),为了与下游潦河洪水错峰,保证南浔铁路、国家公路干线及城市乡镇的安全,水库关闸错峰,减少下泄流量690m~3/s,取得了较大的防洪效益.本文通过对拓林水库洪水调度过程的分析,提出了水库在工程管理、防洪调度工作中存在的一些问题及解决对策,即(1)移民问题影响了水库调度和效益发挥;(2)圩堤防洪标准低等问题不容忽视;(3)应科学合理进行水库调度.
From June to July 1993, the water quality of Poyang Lake in the north of Jiangxi Province dropped drastically to the maximum, with a maximum flow of 9110m ~ 3 / s (about 15 years of flooding) in the Turin Reservoir in Xiuhe River basin. , To ensure the safety of the Nanxun Railway, the national highway and urban towns, and the gate of the reservoir was staggered off from the peak to reduce discharge flow of 690m ~ 3 / s and achieve greater flood control benefits. Based on the analysis of the flood regulation process of the Tailin reservoir, some problems existing in reservoir management and flood control dispatching are put forward. (1) The resettlement problems affect the reservoir operation and efficiency; (2) Low flood control standards can not be ignored; (3) Reservoir scheduling should be scientific and reasonable.
