近年来,中国西部民族地区乳用牲畜养殖和乳品加工企业的规模和数量均有较大幅度的增长,然而,在一系列高增长数字的背后,乳品加工业的效益却连年下滑。本文以西部民族地区乳品加工业为重点,通过对2000年以来这些地区乳用牲畜饲养、原料奶供应情况及乳品加工企业生产规模、产值、经营等现状的分析,试图从中找出西部民族地区乳业加工企业发展中的问题,并就这些问题提出一些具体的对策建议。
In recent years, the scale and quantity of dairy livestock breeding and dairy processing enterprises in the western minority areas of the PRC have all increased substantially. However, the effectiveness of the dairy processing industry has been declining year by year behind a series of high-growth figures. This article focuses on the dairy processing industry in the western minority areas. By analyzing the status of dairy cattle breeding, the supply of raw milk and the production scale, output value and management of the dairy processing enterprises in these areas from 2000 to 2000, this paper tries to find the dairy industry in the western minority area Processing enterprises in the development of the problem, and put forward some concrete countermeasures and suggestions on these issues.
