[目的]了解大埔县卫生监督抽检样品微生物污染状况,为卫生行政管理提供科学依据。[方法]按照国家标准检验方法和卫生标准规定,对近两年来大埔县卫生监督采集的样品进行微生物指标检测,对检测结果汇总,并进行统计分析。[结果]2007~2008年共检测各类样品1814份,合格1020份,总合格率为56.23%,2008年的总合格率(62.48%)比2007年的总合格率(51.15%)有所提高,不同种类样品的微生物检测合格率有差异,其中食品、公共场所这2类样品微生物检测合格率两年比较均有显著性差异。占全年抽检食品60%以上的肉与肉制品的菌落总数和大肠菌群的合格率,两年比较均有显著性差异。对餐(饮)具消毒效果的检测,2007年与2008年对比,两年检测合格率差异无统计学意义。[结论]大埔县各种健康相关产品的微生物污染较严重,建议以后要进一步加强卫生监督管理。
[Objective] To understand the status of microbiological contamination in sampling of health supervision in Dabu County and provide scientific basis for health administration. [Methods] According to the national standard test methods and health standards, the samples collected from health supervision in Dapu County in the recent two years were tested for microbiological indexes. The test results were summarized and statistically analyzed. [Results] A total of 1814 samples of all kinds were obtained from 2007 to 2008, with a total of 1020 samples. The total pass rate was 56.23%. The total pass rate in 2008 (62.48%) was higher than the total pass rate in 2007 (51.15%) , Different types of samples of microorganisms have passed the test pass rate, which food, public places, two kinds of samples of microbial test pass rate for two years were significantly different. Accounting for more than 60% of the annual sampling of meat and meat products of colony and coliform bacteria pass rate, two years were significantly different. Dinner (drink) with a disinfection test, 2007 and 2008, the two-year test pass rate was no significant difference. [Conclusion] The microbial contamination of various health related products in Dapu County is more serious. It is suggested that health supervision and management should be further strengthened in the future.
