众所周知,研制快速启动显象管主要在于设计制造快速启动阴极。具体来讲,是设计31公分显象管瓷片阴极结构(图1),采取减少阴极热容量和热损失、提高阴极和热丝的热效率等主要技术措施来缩短阴极启动时间。因此我们采取如下主要技术措施:把显象管的光栅显现时间从原来的7~9秒缩短到5秒以内,实现显象管阴极的快速启动(可采用阴极启动时间的关系式来进行设计): 1.用阴极镍铬合金替代纯镍做阴极套管,并把阴极套管的厚度从原来的0.05毫米减薄到0.02~0.03毫米; 2.黑化阴极套管和热丝(因本厂热丝黑化
As we all know, the rapid development of CRT is mainly designed and manufactured fast start cathode. Specifically, the cathode structure of the 31 cm tube is designed (Figure 1). The main technical measures to reduce the cathode heat capacity and heat loss and improve the thermal efficiency of the cathode and hot wire are to shorten the cathode start-up time. Therefore, we take the following major technical measures: the CRT display time from the original 7 to 9 seconds shortened to 5 seconds, to achieve the CRT cathode fast start (cathode start-up time can be used to design the relationship) : 1.
