随着中国加入WTO进程的加快,中国现在是“立马关前”。一旦中国入世成功,在经济全球化、投资贸易自由化的市场竞争背景下,一大批技术相对落后,资金周转不灵的中小型企业将首当其冲受到冲击,即使实行联合,在国内市场立足、发展,对抗跨国公司,也很吃力。但“入世”是大势所趋,且迫在眉睫,因此中国现有的一批中流技术企业向何处去则成为问题。我认为,上述企业的出路在发展中
