1976年以来我矿井口卸矿用的是北京有色冶金设计院设计的卡轨式0.7米~3单矿车翻车架,在使用中,正反两个方向翻转到死点(接触弹簧或橡胶垫)时,速度已达到发生强烈撞击的程度,并导致翻车架、矿车附属设备严重损坏,影响了罐笼的正常提升。经过几次改进,采用油缸、活塞油压减震装置,基本达到了既不影响架体正常翻转又消除撞击的目的。
