同志们:中国科学院与水利电力部联合召开的全国潮汐发电会议,今天就要胜利的闭幕了。参加这次会议的有沿海各省市的代表,中央有关部门及其所属单位的代表和有关高等学校的教授,共78个单位,173人。会议收到各种论文,资料等共47种。会议中各省介绍了潮力资源情况与建站经验,高等学校、科学研究单位和设计院亦都作了专题报告,并参观了上海潮峰潮汐电站,苏联专家亦给我们作了内容丰富的报告,在此特向他们表示感谢。同时,会议就普查、规划试点、经验交流与科学研究等问题组织了专门讨论,提出了四个文件。
Comrades: The National Tidal Power Conference, jointly convened by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, will be successfully concluded today. Attending the conference were representatives of coastal provinces and municipalities, representatives of relevant central departments and their subordinate units, and professors of higher education institutions, altogether consisting of 78 units and 173 people. The conference received a total of 47 kinds of papers and materials. The provinces of the conference introduced the situation of tidal resources and the experience of building stations. Colleges and universities, scientific research institutes and design institutes also made special reports and visited the Chaoshan tidal power station in Shanghai. Soviet experts also gave us rich reports. I would like to express my thanks to them here. At the same time, the meeting organized special discussions on census, planning pilots, experience exchanges and scientific research, and put forward four documents.
